Terms of Service

You represent that you are of legal age and otherwise competent to contract for services.

The contract is to be construed under the laws applicable to the city of Lancaster, Pennsylvania
and venue for any legal action shall be Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Subscriber agrees to pay for hosting services and to conform to the
Acceptable Use Policy, and agrees that Acceptable Use Policy may be
modified at the Company's discretion.

The Observer Company agrees to provide hosting services,

Subscriber shall own the content of his site, and is responsible for
maintaining content of his site, and no bailment is created.

Subscriber agrees that hosting services may be disrupted for reasons
beyond the control of The Observer Company, and agrees to hold harmless
the company for such disruptions.

Subscriber acknowledges that standard practice in the industry is that
no refunds are made to subscribers, and that in the case of disruption
of service due to company's negligence or fault, compensation in the form
of additional service at the end of the term of contract is satisfactory.

Support services shall consist of configuring and maintaining the server in
a satisfactory manner, and any services in addition to that, such as
educating the subscriber or fixing bugs, is not required of The Observer Company.
